Senior development executive with nearly 30 years of experience taking complex, large-scale communities from raw land to completion — and the full-cycle expertise to lead every phase in between.

I've built and led high-performing teams across acquisitions, asset management, rezoning, and sales and marketing. My instinct is to set a clear vision, equip the people around me to execute it, and consistently ask the question others haven't thought to raise yet.

Partnered directly with the CEO to acquire, rezone, and deliver large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across Metro Vancouver. Accountable for the full development lifecycle — from site identification and municipal approvals through design, construction oversight, and community delivery — leading cross-functional teams across planning, legal, finance, and construction.

  • Rezoned and advanced two landmark master-planned communities totalling over 2M sq ft of mixed-use density, navigating complex OCP amendments, public hearings, and multi-stakeholder consultation processes
  • Directed product strategy across strata, purpose-built rental, retail, and public amenity uses — consistently prioritizing long-term livability and community value over short-term yield

Brought in to build and oversee a large private income property portfolio, then evolved into a broader development role as the company scaled. Gained end-to-end operational fluency across all major asset classes — knowledge that directly informs how I approach product design, livability, and community planning today.

  • Managed a 1M+ sq ft portfolio spanning industrial, retail, and office assets across Canada and the US — overseeing property management, leasing strategy, income growth, and redevelopment planning
  • Identified and acquired heritage building portfolios, large-format industrial sites, and multiple residential tower sites spanning the Metro Vancouver and Sea-to-Sky corridor
  • Applied cross-asset operational knowledge directly to development planning — translating real-world performance data into more informed, livable product design

Created and executed end-to-end sales and marketing strategies for large-scale master-planned and destination real estate developments across BC. Worked at the intersection of master plan vision, product development, and consumer psychology — building programs that consistently converted aspiration into sales.

  • Designed and led a 120-day reservation campaign for Cottages at Cultus Lake — generating sufficient demand to sell out Phase 1 of approximately 110 units in a single day
  • Launched and managed sales programs for Beach Club Parksville and Painted Boat Pender Harbour using innovative quarter-ownership and tempo sales structures
  • Developed comprehensive pricing models, target market strategies, customer care frameworks, and closing procedures — setting a replicable operational standard across all projects
  • Collaborated directly with developers on master plan vision and product positioning, ensuring sales strategy was embedded into community design from the outset
