Accountable for the full development lifecycle — from site identification and municipal approvals through design, construction oversight, and community delivery — leading cross-functional teams across planning, legal, finance, and construction.
Rezoned from low-density multi-family to over 2M sq ft of mixed-use. Approx. 2,000 strata and 500 rental homes, two public parks, childcare, and retail — a recognized master plan community designed around connectivity and livability.
Transit-oriented redevelopment 200m from SkyTrain. Achieved successful 3rd reading late 2024, increasing the base 3 FAR to 10 FAR — nearly double the OCP-designated baseline. Includes 20% market rental, 80% strata, a large central plaza, 200K ft² of retail, and car-free community open space.
